This course is taught as part of other programs but is also available on its own. It teaches you the theory and practice of everything you need to know to get your documents into print from the moment you set up your document, to handing the job off to the printer. Your files will run out to film or digital press first time without any problems. You learn about digitising images by scanning and about workflows for images from digital cameras. You learn the Offset Litho process and ways of working to avoid costly errors. You won't need separate pre-flight software ever again. You learn all about file types, colour models, fonts, resolution, resizing images, collecting for output, trapping and much more.
